Technical Sales Executive

About the role

The Technical Sales Executive will drive new business for ETMS by promoting its engineering consultancy services, including equipment inspection, MEP systems, asset management solutions, and training programs. Based in Quatre Bornes, this full‑time position requires on‑site presence and regular travel to client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across engineering and industrial sectors.
• Meet prospective and existing clients to understand technical and operational needs.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations in collaboration with technical specialists.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, contribute to sales forecasts, and support marketing initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Strong technical understanding of engineering services such as equipment inspection, MEP systems, and asset management.
• Proven B2B sales or business development experience in engineering, industrial, or consultancy environments.
• Ability to translate client requirements into clear, solution‑based proposals.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional local language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Quatre Bornes and travel to client locations as needed.
• High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering independent expertise.
