About the role

This position focuses on selling and marketing Caterpillar earth‑moving equipment. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring that client needs are met with the right product solutions.

Key responsibilities

Promote and sell Caterpillar product lines to new and existing customers.
Identify and develop new customer accounts while nurturing current relationships.
Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate equipment.
Achieve sales targets and provide accurate forecasts as set by the department.
Work closely with the workshop team to guarantee high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in a commercial environment is advantageous.
Established salesperson with a strong network in the machine‑equipment sector.
Excellent organisational, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to multitask and solve problems logically.
Valid driving licence.
