Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Specialist to monitor, maintain and support our Supply Chain Operational platforms. You will ensure smooth operation, manage incidents and deliver high‑quality service to internal users across the Orange ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Provide verbal and written technical support for incident management, support requests, user account and event management.
• Monitor data workflows across multiple tools, ensure integration quality and alert flow owners of issues.
• Participate in transversal projects, contribute to steering committees and drive continuous service improvement.
• Support functional use of various platforms, maintain documentation and share knowledge with peers.
• Build strong relationships with customers, communicate best practices and enhance user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts.
• Familiarity with Service Level Agreements in a support environment.
• Strong PC literacy and general application knowledge.
• Previous experience in advanced technical support or testing is a plus.
