Technical Support Specialist – Supply Chain Platforms

About the role

Orange Business is looking for a proactive Technical Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of its Supply Chain Operational platforms. You will provide end‑user assistance, monitor data workflows, and contribute to continuous service improvement across a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely verbal and written technical support for incident management, support requests, user account management, event management, and internal communication.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, follow up on user needs, and communicate platform functionalities clearly.
• Monitor data workflows across multiple tools, ensure integration quality, and flag issues to flow owners.
• Participate in transversal projects, contribute to steering committees, peer‑sharing sessions, and service‑improvement initiatives.
• Support functional use of various projects and platforms, maintain documentation, and respond to queries related to reporting portfolios.
• Build strong customer relationships, apply best practices, and enhance user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts.
• Familiarity with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in a support environment.
• Excellent PC literacy and general application knowledge.
• Previous experience in advanced technical support or testing is a plus.
