Treasury Accountant

About the role

The Treasury Accountant will support Aspen Global Incorporated’s finance function by managing daily cash operations, funding strategies, and treasury accounting. This role combines treasury, general accounting, and financial reporting responsibilities within a multinational pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances, execute supplier payments and contribute to cash‑flow forecasting.
• Maintain banking relationships, handle transactional banking, and ensure bank‑account maintenance.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and support currency‑exposure forecasting and hedging strategies.
• Process general‑ledger postings, reconcile accounts and collaborate with internal control teams on risk mitigation.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing activities, prepare group reporting and disclosures for annual financial statements.
• Partner with business owners to drive the annual budgeting process and analyse actuals versus budget.
• Communicate financial performance to senior management and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Support ad‑hoc finance requests, draft SOPs and cooperate with internal and external auditors.

Required profile

• Experience in treasury operations, cash management and funding strategy.
• Solid background in general‑ledger accounting and month‑end close processes.
• Knowledge of statutory financial reporting and group reporting requirements.
• Ability to contribute to budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal controls, auditors and senior finance leaders.
