Treasury Analyst & Project Lead

About the role

Enko Education is launching a Shared Service Centre to centralise treasury, finance and accounts payable across its African schools. Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will own daily corporate treasury operations while leading the implementation of the new SSC framework.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and roll‑out workflows, policies and SOPs for the Shared Service Centre.
• Identify gaps in local school reporting, propose optimisation solutions and drive transition to centralised standards.
• Act as the main contact for onboarding and training local School Finance Partners on new systems.
• Lead the 12‑week rolling cash‑flow forecast for all schools and holding entities.
• Review financial submissions, challenge assumptions and ensure data quality.
• Prepare and co‑lead the weekly cash committee pack covering cash positions, forecast variances and payment runs.
• Maintain and reconcile the Master Debt Schedule against Xero and loan agreements.
• Support lender relations and integrate debt service obligations into liquidity forecasts.

Required profile

• Proactive analyst with a builder mindset.
• Strong experience in cash management and liquidity forecasting.
• Ability to design and implement processes and standard operating procedures.
• Experience working in a multi‑country environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to data integrity.
