Treasury Analyst & Project Lead

About the role

Enko Education is building a Shared Service Centre to centralise treasury, finance and accounts payable across its African schools. Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will own daily corporate treasury operations while leading the implementation of the new SSC framework.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and deploy workflows, policies and SOPs for the Shared Service Centre.
• Lead the 12‑week rolling cash‑flow forecast for all schools and holding entities.
• Review financial submissions from School Finance Partners, ensuring data integrity and challenging assumptions.
• Maintain the master debt schedule, reconcile it with Xero and loan agreements, and support lender reporting.
• Maintain a central register of all Enko bank accounts, signatories and corporate limits, and ensure compliance for new account openings.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in corporate treasury, financial analysis or related corporate finance roles.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to set up processes, document workflows and manage transition timelines.
• Professional fluency in English and French, with experience working in multicultural, multi‑country environments.
• Exposure to African banking landscapes and FX constraints is a significant asset.

Required skills

• Advanced mastery of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with cloud accounting systems, preferably Xero.
