Treasury Application Portfolio Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

The Treasury Application Portfolio Manager is responsible for the governance, stability, evolution, and operational excellence of the Treasury application ecosystem. Working at the intersection of business and IT, the role ensures that Treasury applications support core processes while maintaining resilience, risk control, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the Treasury application landscape, analysing inter‑dependencies and assessing risks.
• Conduct impact assessments for business, technical and regulatory changes and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Monitor application health, performance and operational stability; coordinate remediation and recovery after incidents.
• Gather, analyse and formalise business and functional requirements; validate solution proposals.
• Support end‑to‑end delivery from requirements definition through deployment, including test case preparation and User Acceptance Testing coordination.
• Investigate production incidents, perform log analysis, and drive root‑cause resolution.
• Participate in change management processes, produce deployment readiness documentation and ensure secure production releases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Infrastructure and Operations teams; maintain documentation in Confluence and track work in Jira.

Required profile

• Strong functional analysis capabilities (Business Analysis / AMOA).
• Experience designing solutions in AMOA / MOE environments.
• Proven ability to manage application portfolios, perform dependency and risk analysis, and lead incident recovery.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional squads.
