UI Designer (with Figma)

About the role

We are looking for a UI Designer with strong Figma expertise to work in an international environment for global clients. The role involves reviewing and adapting design files, creating interactive presentations, and ensuring consistency with our Design System.

Key responsibilities

• Review files from global agencies, ensuring correct use of Figma elements such as Variants, Component Properties, Auto Layouts, and Styles according to Design System guidelines.
• Create interactive display presentations, e‑mailings, and landing pages using existing design system components.
• Improve file quality and structure for adaptation and localization, and recreate files from various software types in Figma for implementation in platforms like Veeva, ShamanGo, and Drupal.
• Connect design libraries to received files, validate layout elements for consistency, and collaborate closely with developers, content publishing, client service teams, and external agencies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience designing landing pages, websites, and digital materials, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including working within and updating Design Systems.
• Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Adobe XD.
• Experience creating interactive PDF documents in Acrobat.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
