Video Editor (Contract, Hybrid)

About the role

The Video Editor will work on a contract basis to assemble, refine, and enhance video projects for corporate, real estate, wedding, event, music, and social media content. This hybrid position is based in Vacoas, combining on‑site collaboration with remote editing.

Key responsibilities

• Selecting and organizing footage and editing video sequences.
• Applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and titles, and ensuring audio‑visual consistency.
• Collaborating with videographers and clients to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, and meet project timelines.
• Managing multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a cinematic and brand‑aligned visual style.

Required profile

• Strong skills in video production and editing across various formats (corporate, events, weddings, social media, music videos).
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant video editing work; prior studio or production experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience in video color grading.
• Ability to create and integrate motion graphics.
• Basic audio editing skills.
• Understanding of social media video best practices.
