Villa Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Villa Manager leads the entire villa operation at a 5‑star luxury resort, ensuring every guest experience meets the highest standards of service, personalization and operational excellence. This role combines hands‑on guest interaction with strategic oversight of the villa team and cross‑department coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day villa operations, maintaining luxury standards, cleanliness and readiness for guest arrivals.
• Personalize the experience for VIP, repeat and special‑occasion guests, handling preferences, complaints and service recovery.
• Manage pre‑arrival and arrival processes, coordinating with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and Front Office to deliver seamless welcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop the Villa team, conducting briefings, performance reviews and training.
• Ensure inter‑departmental communication, aligning villa service with housekeeping, security, engineering and other support functions.
• Monitor quality, conduct regular inspections and drive continuous improvement based on guest feedback and audits.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, expense monitoring and preparation of operational reports.
• Maintain health, safety, security and privacy standards, responding to incidents and emergencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of villa or luxury property management experience in a high‑end hospitality environment.
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and revenue optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of luxury resort operations, guest service standards and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience using hospitality technology platforms.
