Villa Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Villa Manager leads the Villa team at Constance Belle Mare Plage, ensuring luxury standards, personalised service and seamless operations for all villa guests, especially VIPs and repeat visitors. This senior role oversees the entire guest journey from pre‑arrival planning through departure, coordinating closely with all resort departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day villa operations, maintaining luxury presentation, cleanliness and readiness.
• Coordinate pre‑arrival preparations, VIP welcome experiences and in‑villa dining with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and Front Office.
• Lead, coach and develop the Villa team, conduct briefings, performance reviews and training.
• Monitor operational costs, budget adherence and revenue optimisation while ensuring service quality.
• Handle guest complaints, service recovery and follow‑up on feedback to continuously improve the guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing villas or luxury properties in a high‑end hospitality environment.
• Proven leadership record with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
• Comprehensive knowledge of luxury resort standards, health & safety compliance and guest service expectations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality technology platforms.
• Advanced organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
