About the role

Join the intimate beachfront haven of Constance Sakoa Boutik, a boutique hotel overlooking Trou aux Biches. As a Waiter you will deliver warm, attentive and personalized service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous greetings, present menus confidently, and take and serve orders accurately.
• Maintain professional table settings, cleanliness and prompt food and beverage service.
• Collaborate with restaurant, kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, promote daily specials and upsell to enhance revenue.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene and grooming standards and prepare mise‑en‑place before service.

Required profile

• Form 4 or equivalent certification.
• National Certificate Level 3 in food and beverage operations or hospitality management.
