Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Waiter/Waitress will take orders and serve food and beverages to guests across the resort’s restaurants, bars, pool and beach areas. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service and ensuring guest satisfaction in a luxury environment. Flexibility to work across multiple outlets is required.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Prepare and maintain mise‑en‑place, set up and clear tables, sunbeds and work areas.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety throughout the service area.
• Process guest checks, handle payments and follow control procedures accurately.
• Respond positively to assignments across different Food & Beverage outlets as needed.
• Attend scheduled training sessions, briefings and meetings and act as a role model for teamwork.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in 5‑star hotels, resorts or reputable standalone restaurants.
• Excellent command of English and strong numeracy skills.
• Technical education in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Basic wine knowledge is an advantage.
