Account & Admin Executive

About the role

The Concrete Agency, a full‑service marketing communication firm, is seeking a detail‑oriented Account & Admin Executive. The role supports the Finance Manager and ensures smooth internal operations through accurate financial administration and general office support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager with bookkeeping, data entry, and month‑/year‑end closing tasks.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on client invoices and supplier payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and track accounts receivable/payable, flagging overdue items.
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records and assist in basic financial reporting.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients on billing queries while enforcing internal financial controls.
• Manage office administration tasks such as supplies, correspondence, filing, and support HR admin (leave tracking, attendance).
• Handle incoming communications, coordinate meetings, take minutes, and support procurement documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in admin/accounts support, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Discretion in handling confidential financial information.
