Account Manager - Water Systems

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead key client relationships in the water systems sector. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on delivering high customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with water‑system clients.
• Oversee service delivery and ensure solutions meet client needs.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop business plans.
• Prepare reports and forecasts to support growth.
• Coordinate contract terms, support negotiations, and manage pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor technical solutions.
• Monitor market trends, respond to client inquiries, and proactively resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental science or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of account management experience, preferably in water systems, utilities or technical B2B sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing multiple accounts.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
