Accountant 3 – Fund Accounting

About the role

IQ-EQ is seeking a mid‑level Accountant 3 to join its Fund Accounting team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate fund accounting services for low to medium complexity funds, working independently while adhering to quality and timeliness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver financial statements, NAV reports and other fund accounting deliverables in line with guidelines, accounting standards and client requirements.
• Maintain fund books and records through daily bookkeeping, periodic reporting and rigorous quality control.
• Process capital calls, distributions, investor notices and other routine fund accounting transactions with detailed documentation.
• Identify, assess and escalate operational risks; conduct self‑reviews and participate in quality‑assurance activities.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives, contribute to SOP development and engage in ongoing training.

Required profile

• Mid‑level accounting experience, preferably with fund accounting.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high‑quality work on time.
• Experience handling low to medium complexity funds.
