Accounts Supervisor

About the role
The Accounts Supervisor will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager or CFO, this role provides critical financial insights to support strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and verify adherence to company policies.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, identify irregularities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and enforce internal controls and procedural compliance.
- Deliver regular financial updates to senior management.
- Produce ad‑hoc reports as requested by the Finance Manager or CFO.
Required profile
- ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.

- Navision (experience is an advantage)
