About the role

Base360.ai is seeking an AI Video Creator to shape the visual identity of the brand across all video channels. You will turn product concepts into launch videos, ads, and social clips that capture attention and evoke emotion.

Key responsibilities

• Create scroll‑stopping video content for product launches, paid social, short‑form platforms and the company website.
• Leverage AI tools end‑to‑end for video, voice, image and music generation (Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, etc.).
• Animate and edit motion‑design elements, kinetic typography, product demos and transitions.
• Own projects from concept pitch through production to final export, adapting formats for TikTok/Reels, ads and hero videos.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand feel across all video assets.
• Iterate quickly, test performance metrics and double down on high‑impact ideas.

Required profile

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality video and motion work.
• Fluency with AI creative tools and a passion for staying on the cutting edge.
• Excellent visual taste and an instinct for what feels premium.
• Self‑directed, fast‑moving and able to deliver great work without hand‑holding.
• Ability to hook viewers within the first three seconds and keep them engaged.
