Analyst – Corporate Solutions (Associate 1)

About the role

The Analyst – Corporate Solutions (Associate 1) position is a permanent role based in Ebene, Mauritius. You will support corporate services functions, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, statutory compliance and high‑quality client deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining proper records in accordance with internal and legal requirements.
• Convene meetings of directors/shareholders and prepare high‑quality board papers.
• Verify minutes drafted by team members and prepare accounts and tax computations.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure final deliverables are accurate.
• Maintain bank accounts, open new accounts, initiate transfers and coordinate with banks.
• Prepare and file statutory returns (annual, APS, PAYE, TDS, VAT, Indian tax) within due dates.
• Handle tax queries from authorities and clients, and ensure statutory filings with FSC, ROC and other bodies.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in line with AML code and keep records up to date.
• Coordinate the work of team members to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Fresher or up to one year of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• Degree holder or progressing towards ACA/ACCA qualification.
• Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
