Assistant Level 1 – Cards Operations

About the role

The Assistant Level 1 – Cards Operations supports the Cards & Payments team by handling day‑to‑day operational tasks, ensuring accuracy, meeting service level agreements, and delivering high‑quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all Cards Operations policies, maintain confidentiality, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Identify and log customer problems or complaints, providing feedback and reports as needed.
• Assist customers using knowledge of Cim Finance’s Cards & Payments products and suggest improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Operate the Card Management System, E‑forms, and other related tools.
• Provide clear explanations for actions such as interest calculations and offer operational support when required.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, perform additional duties within the Business Unit, and uphold a customer‑first approach.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate positively, and help maintain a friendly team atmosphere.

Required profile

• Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience, preferably in a Cards Operations or processing environment.
• Experience in the financial or banking sector is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, email‑writing, multitasking, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
