Assistant Level 1 – Consumer Finance

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Level 1 to join our Consumer Finance team. In this position you will guide customers through their journey, ensure a positive experience, and support daily operational tasks while promoting our CIM products.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer applications and agreements accurately and on time.
• Follow up with customers as needed and answer their questions professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Promote and cross‑sell CIM financial products.
• Handle cash and transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Provide customers with correct documents and information.
• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude at all times.
• Support daily team activities to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Minimum SC qualification.
• Experience in customer service or administration is a plus, but not required.
• Good communication skills, calm under pressure, and a willingness to learn.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Based in or willing to work in the listed regions (North, Port Louis, Plaine Wilhems, Chemin Grenier, Rivière des Anguilles, Bambous).

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
