Assistant Level 1 - Digital Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Level 1 – Digital Operations to help deliver simple, reliable, and customer‑friendly digital services. You will assist customers in using our digital products, support day‑to‑day digital operations, and contribute to a seamless digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers across digital channels with clear, timely, and accurate assistance.
• Use customer‑service tools and systems to guide users through Cim Finance’s digital products.
• Manage a high volume of interactions while meeting service‑level expectations.
• Assist onboarding activities, including document verification, in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Follow operational, compliance, fraud, and cyber‑risk controls.
• Generate basic reports on account activity and transactions.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Provide ideas and feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
• Perform other duties as required within the Digital Operations team.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher School Certificate.
• At least one year of operations experience in a bank or non‑bank financial institution.
• Understanding of lending products such as loans, hire purchase, and BNPL.
• Familiarity with KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence processes.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with communication skills in French, English, and Creole.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
• Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn, adapt, and contribute positively to an inclusive team.
