Associate Executive - Accounting

About the role

As an Associate Executive within our Accounting team, you will work closely with the Principal to deliver high‑quality corporate accounting services while building expertise in fund accounting. You will support day‑to‑day accounting activities (excluding review), collaborate across teams, ensure regulatory compliance, develop strong client relationships, and contribute ideas that improve our ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Support corporate accounting activities across a client portfolio, preparing accurate accounting records and deliverables.
• Gain exposure to fund accounting processes while handling day‑to‑day tasks.
• Work closely with the Principal and wider teams to ensure smooth handovers, clear instructions, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs and delivering reliable, customer‑focused accounting support.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, regulatory, and internal requirements, helping safeguard the business from operational and regulatory risk.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas, embracing best practices, and taking ownership of professional development.

Required profile

• Hold a relevant qualification related to accounting or finance.
