About the role
The Associate Executive – Administration supports the Corporate & Private Wealth Services department by handling a range of administrative and client‑servicing tasks. Working under the supervision of senior staff, you will manage a sub‑portfolio of clients and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform administrative and company secretarial duties for assigned clients.
- Process client service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and file statutory documents with the FSC, ROC and other regulatory bodies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date databases and record all relevant transactions.
- Conduct administrative and risk reviews on existing client structures under supervision.
- Support internal control, audit standards and meet internal/statutory deadlines.
- Assist in the collection of departmental debtors.
Required profile
- 0–1.5 years of relevant experience in the Global Business sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Law or Level 1 ICA qualification.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Professional work ethic, team‑player attitude and quick learning ability.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with the Companies Act and Financial Services Act applicable in Mauritius.
