About the role
We are looking for an Associate Executive to support our fund administration and middle‑office services. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating client documentation and ensuring statutory compliance for our global client base.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Organise directors/shareholders meetings and prepare high‑quality board papers.
- Verify and finalize minutes and client deliverables for accuracy.
- Handle certification, notarisation, apostille and consularisation of documents promptly.
- Manage bank account activities, including openings, transfers and bank liaison.
- Perform day‑to‑day tasks, monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion.
- Submit statutory filings to FSC, ROC and other regulatory bodies.
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in accordance with AML regulations and maintain updated records.
- Coordinate and supervise team members to achieve efficient workflow.
Required profile
- 0–1 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm (advantageous).
- Degree holder or progressing towards ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
- Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Organised, goal‑oriented team player with quick learning ability.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
