About the role
The Associate Executive will support our fund administration team by ensuring accurate fund records, processing trades, and delivering timely reporting. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional looking to develop expertise in portfolio valuation and compliance within a global financial services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate fund records.
- Process all trade transactions.
- Calculate daily market value of portfolio holdings.
- Determine daily net asset value (NAV).
- Conduct daily and non‑daily compliance testing.
- Prepare and submit month‑end reporting requirements.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a similar fund administration or finance role.
- Ability to work to agreed deadlines and deliver accurate results.
- Accountancy qualification is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Access.
