About the role
The Associate Executive will support the Operations Unit‑Head in delivering day‑to‑day administrative and compliance tasks for our global fund administration business. This entry‑level position offers exposure to banking, statutory filing and board governance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of senior staff and the Operations Unit‑Head.
- Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Open and manage bank accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banks.
- Perform timely day‑to‑day tasks, monitoring progress and meeting deadlines.
- Effect statutory filings with the Financial Services Commission, Registrar of Companies and other bodies.
- Maintain statutory registers and prepare board papers, minutes and shareholder meeting documentation.
- Coordinate certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
- Track executed agreements, ensure proper indexing and file management.
- Undertake any ad‑hoc assignments from senior team members.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (0–0.5 years experience) preferably with exposure to the global business sector or an audit firm.
- Degree from a recognised institution; currently pursuing ACCA or ACA studies.
- Strong client‑service mindset and excellent written and spoken communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and work under pressure.
- Organised, goal‑oriented team player with a quick learning attitude.
