Associate Executive – Regulatory & Compliance

About the role

The Associate Executive – Regulatory & Compliance will support our compliance function in preventing, detecting and responding to regulatory and AML/CFT risks. Working with minimal supervision, you will conduct client onboarding reviews, help design the KYC framework and provide FATCA/CRS support across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct multi‑jurisdictional KYC reviews, due‑diligence, sanctions and World‑Check screenings, and account verification.
• Manage KYC documentation, perform file reviews and gap analyses, and recommend remedial actions.
• Support FATCA and CRS compliance, monitor regulatory developments and draft/update Key Operating Procedures.
• Provide timely responses to compliance‑related queries and ensure high‑quality, error‑free work within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with business teams, train junior colleagues and protect information assets in line with ISMS requirements.
• Undertake additional compliance‑related duties as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in regulatory, compliance or AML/CFT environments, preferably within financial services.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
• Strong analytical mindset and sound judgment for risk escalation.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and junior team members.
