Associate Executive – Regulatory & Compliance

About the role

The Associate Executive – Regulatory & Compliance will support the compliance function in preventing, detecting, and responding to compliance, regulatory, and ML/TF risks. You will conduct file reviews and due diligence for client onboarding, assist in designing the KYC Framework, and provide FATCA and CRS compliance support across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct multi‑jurisdictional KYC reviews, due diligence, sanctions and World‑Check screenings, and account verification.
• Manage KYC documentation, perform file reviews and gap analyses, and recommend remedial actions.
• Support FATCA and CRS compliance, monitor regulatory developments, and draft/update Key Operating Procedures.
• Deliver high‑quality, error‑free work within agreed timelines and communicate risks or delays.
• Collaborate with business teams, train junior colleagues, and protect information assets per ISMS requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML/CFT, FATCA/CRS and international compliance frameworks.
• Ability to identify compliance issues, conduct investigations and apply analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and French with strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
