Associate Manager – Investor Services

About the role

The Associate Manager will lead a team within IQ‑EQ’s Investor Services division, ensuring high‑quality service delivery to a diverse portfolio of fund clients and investors. This role combines client relationship management, operational oversight, and team development in a fast‑paced fund administration environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day investor services operations, reviewing work of Investor Services Officers and ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory and reporting standards.
• Manage client and investor relationships, providing guidance, proactively resolving issues and preventing escalations.
• Monitor investor transactions—including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, trade settlements and capital calls—to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee FATCA/CRS reporting, customer due‑diligence, onboarding processes and compliance approvals for complex structures such as Omnibus Accounts, PEPs and REPs.
• Coach and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, drive process improvements and meet internal, client and Group reporting deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree holder or fully qualified ACCA/ICSA with strong foundation in investor services, fund administration or financial services.
• Relevant experience in investor servicing, transfer agency or fund administration, with solid understanding of FSC regulations for open‑ended and closed‑ended funds.
• People‑focused leader who enjoys coaching talent, fostering collaboration and building high‑performing teams.
• Highly organised, client‑focused and detail‑oriented with excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of Microgen system.
