Associate Manager

About the role

Apex Group, a global fund administration and middle‑office solutions provider, is looking for an Associate Manager to lead a small team delivering high‑quality management and statutory reporting for its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of a small team to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery to clients in line with SLAs, policies and procedures.
• Oversee planning, coordination and completion of management and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory obligations.
• Review bookkeeping, management accounts and interim/annual statutory financial statements.
• Liaise with clients, auditors and regulators to facilitate audits, regulatory filings and surveys.
• Prepare and present KPI dashboards and management reports.
• Manage risks, issues and complaints, escalating as needed.
• Support implementation of new processes and drive automation improvements.
• Mentor and coach team members on technical matters and professional development.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and fully qualified ACCA.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in accountancy with strong IFRS knowledge.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and develop a team.
• Commercial awareness and client‑focused mindset.
