Associate Product Owner – Digital Product Strategy

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Product Owner to support the product strategy and long‑term vision of our digital portfolio. You will work closely with Product Owners, designers, developers and research teams to translate product vision into actionable road‑maps and deliver best‑in‑class digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support product strategy and translate product vision into executable artefacts such as features, epics and user stories.
• Conduct and support user research, usability testing and market/competitive analysis to uncover opportunities.
• Facilitate the design of customer experience (CX), UI and UX, ensuring customer‑centric outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with the enterprise portfolio.
• Collaborate with data teams to design and implement ETL pipelines that feed product insights.
• Analyse the voice of the customer from multiple data sources and drive continuous improvement.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of digital projects from concept through adoption and success management.
• Apply agile methodologies to deliver solutions consistently and evaluate ideas for commercial viability.
• Co‑create new digital products, prototype concepts and present proofs of concept to internal decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in agile product teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into product decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to conduct user research, usability testing and market analysis.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple digital initiatives simultaneously.
