About the role
The Awase Server will accurately take food and beverage orders, serve guests efficiently, and attend to their needs in a luxury resort environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare mise‑en‑place, set up and clear tables while maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Take orders, serve and, where applicable, prepare food and beverages in a friendly, timely manner.
- Provide product knowledge, describe menu items vividly, and promote hotel services.
- Handle guest checks, process payments and follow control procedures.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and participate in briefings and meetings.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in 5‑star hotels/resorts or reputable stand‑alone restaurants.
- Excellent English, math and psychometric abilities.
- Technical education in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Basic wine knowledge is an advantage.
