About the role

Join Club Med’s vibrant resort environment as a Baker, creating a variety of specialty breads and viennoiseries for our premium all‑inclusive buffets. You will work in a multicultural team, serving guests across Mauritius and other international locations.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and present a range of special breads and viennoiseries at buffet stations.
Set up, enhance, and restock buffets serving 600‑1000 covers per service.
Manage orders and stock levels for bakery supplies.
Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety regulations and maintain property standards.

Required profile

Creative and able to surprise guests with technique and flavor.
Rigorous with a perfect command of health and safety standards.
Passionate about transmitting emotion through food.

Required skills

Expertise in bakery and viennoiserie production.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting.
