About the role

The Bartender will deliver professional, efficient service in a luxury hotel setting, ensuring guest satisfaction through friendly and attentive service.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and present a wide range of cocktails to standardized quality and creativity.
Maintain bar stock levels, conduct monthly inventory and manage slow‑moving beverages.
Ensure bar cleanliness, equipment maintenance and compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations.
Participate in pre‑service briefings, opening/closing duties and support fire safety procedures.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year experience as a bartender in a hotel environment.
Secondary education plus any relevant training or certificates.
Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
Reliable, punctual and able to work collaboratively with the team.

Required skills

Expertise in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
Strong multitasking capability and good memory for orders.
