BI Insights Manager

About the role

The BI Insights Manager will lead the Analytics team within Rank Group’s centralised analytics department. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive data‑driven decision making across the digital business, focusing on customer acquisition, CRM, loyalty, cross‑sell and churn reduction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor business performance and pinpoint key areas for deeper analysis.
• Use customer and transactional data to uncover revenue‑growth opportunities and optimise customer lifetime value.
• Analyse campaigns, promotions and marketing activities, measuring success and recommending improvements.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Deliver ad‑hoc analyses for commercial departments and other business units.
• Craft detailed “customer stories” that translate behavioural data into actionable recommendations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and foster collaborative approaches.
• Recruit, coach and mentor the analytics team to build a high‑performing function.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an analytical role, preferably within gambling or gaming.
• BSc/BA in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams delivering actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings to senior leadership.
