Business Analyst – Global CS Analytics & Automations

About the role

Avantor is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Global Customer Service (CS) Analytics & Automations team. The role focuses on creating, maintaining, and enhancing global CS reports and metrics, delivering data‑driven insights, and supporting stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that monitor network performance, capacity, and trends.
• Collect requirements from internal stakeholders, identify data sources, and produce customized reports that meet business needs.
• Analyze data to spot patterns, provide actionable insights, and recommend process improvements.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, supply‑chain, and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Work flexible hours, including night shifts, to support global operations.

Required profile

• Graduate/Diploma or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or customer‑service analytics.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of customer‑service processes and supply‑chain concepts is preferred.
