Business Process Analyst

About the role

Join the Digital Business Unit’s AI Center of Excellence to drive process excellence across the bank. You will combine process optimisation, automation and AI to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while receiving Lean Six Sigma training.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current processes, workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies.
• Design, configure and test smart automation solutions using VBA, UI Path RPA, Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Power Automate AI.
• Integrate AI capabilities into business processes and collaborate with AI delivery teams.
• Collect and analyse data with statistical tools to pinpoint bottlenecks and support data‑driven decisions.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, organisational changes and operational strategies.
• Define, track and report on KPIs to measure impact of improvements.
• Maintain process‑mapping artefacts, lead workshops and ensure governance documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automated solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset able to interpret complex and contradictory information.
• Adaptable and proactive in fast‑changing environments.
• Interest in emerging digital and AI technologies.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
