Campaign Manager

About the role

InfluenceUP is seeking a Campaign Manager to lead the marketing strategy for a portfolio of SME clients. You will define the direction of each campaign while the creative team brings the ideas to life, ensuring measurable growth and client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy for assigned SME accounts.
• Develop monthly content direction and brief designers, video editors, and publishers.
• Analyze reach, engagement, leads, and sales data to refine plans each month.
• Report results to clients using business‑focused metrics (leads, sales, growth).
• Maintain client relationships through meetings, WhatsApp communication, and monthly reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities and relay them to the internal team.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience managing marketing campaigns or client accounts, either in an agency or in‑house.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to pinpoint actions that drive sales.
• Experience with SMEs is a plus, demonstrating understanding of small‑business decision‑making.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French; Kreol is a bonus.
• Organised, reliable, and confident in conversations with business owners.
