Client Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Client Accountant to join our global fund administration team. The role will involve delivering day‑to‑day financial reporting for a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and multiple accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day financial reporting services to a portfolio of clients and structures.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP (IFRS, US GAAP, FRS 102, LUX GAAP).
• Prepare accounting files and checklists to support effective review of financial statements.
• Collaborate with sending locations to ensure accurate accounting records and appropriate disclosures.
• Complete all daily matters in a timely and satisfactory manner while maintaining high‑quality service delivery.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies professionally.
• Review client and audit comments, supporting milestone and deadline completion.
• Identify and close accounting issues promptly.
• Prepare accounts review checklists and archive signed copies appropriately.
• Support the Manager and team with additional duties as required.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Qualified, graduate or partly qualified accountant.
• Passion for financial markets and reporting.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and willingness to learn other GAAPs (UK GAAP, US GAAP, Lux GAAP, SFRS).
• Experience with accounting for alternative assets, real estate, debt and private equity structures.
• Ability to work across global teams, well‑organised and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
