Client Accountant (On-site)

About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Plaines Wilhems District of Mauritius. The Client Accountant will support the firm’s offshore trust and global business services by managing client accounts and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update client financial records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare and issue invoices in line with contractual terms.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide timely client support, follow‑up on queries, and communicate financial information clearly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve accounting and financial issues.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting and finance concepts.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in trust, offshore, or global business services is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and related tools.
