Client Due Diligence Senior Administrator – Client Service Support

About the role

The Client Due Diligence Senior Administrator ensures that all client due‑diligence files meet regulatory standards. You will lead the CDD framework, coordinate resources, and support the Client Service Support team in delivering high‑quality compliance services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) framework and guarantee compliance with AML and regulatory requirements.
• Strategically plan, organise, and control people, processes, and finances to meet organisational goals.
• Lead, motivate and develop a multi‑jurisdictional CDD team, providing training and mentorship.
• Collaborate with trust, company and fund administration units to streamline client onboarding.
• Produce regular reports, trackers and dashboards for senior management.
• Manage complex cases, ensure timely resolution and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in KYC/AML across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven track record of running a CDD team with a strong commercial focus.
• Excellent relationship‑management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in trust, company or fund administration is essential.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
