Client Executive – Portfolio Management & Compliance

About the role

The Client Executive will manage day‑to‑day operations of client portfolios within a management company, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and governance standards. The role combines portfolio administration, client onboarding, and rigorous KYC/AML oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Operate client portfolios by performing corporate and fiduciary administrative tasks.
• Onboard new clients and incorporate businesses in line with governance principles and applicable laws.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client files, conduct regular reviews, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate meetings, draft minutes, and distribute relevant information promptly.
• Process bank transfers, payments and FX transactions while keeping proper records for statutory compliance.
• Perform customer due diligence, identify suspicious transactions and report them according to internal policies.
• Record time and billing information accurately in the time‑management system.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve business processes and generate new opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Law and Management or a professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a management company.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks, including FIAMLA Act, GBC, AC and KYC standards.
• Experience with company secretarial duties and board matters.
