Client Onboarding Officer – UAE

About the role

Join Ocorian’s Client Onboarding team and develop expertise from Mauritius while supporting the UAE business. You will guide new clients through a smooth onboarding journey, coordinating due‑diligence, engagement agreements, entity set‑up and regulatory applications across UAE structures.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients from initial engagement through handover, ensuring a professional and clear onboarding experience.
• Review due‑diligence documentation, collect required information and support clients in completing forms, questionnaires and business plans.
• Prepare client engagement agreements and coordinate their completion with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate client creation, billing set‑up and maintain accurate client records in internal systems.
• Prepare and submit entity set‑up, registration and licensing applications for UAE jurisdictions.
• Work closely with UAE colleagues and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and handover to administration.
• Support off‑boarding and other lifecycle activities by preparing necessary documentation.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Law, Management, Finance or a related discipline; professional qualification in corporate or financial services is a plus.
• Experience in client onboarding, financial services or corporate services environments.
• Understanding of corporate structures, onboarding processes and regulatory requirements, preferably within the UAE financial services sector.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities across jurisdictions.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
