About the role
The Client Operations Manager oversees the delivery of Client Due Diligence (CDD), Know Your Customer (KYC) and periodic review processes across the assigned region. The role combines hands‑on production with day‑to‑day management of junior analysts, ensuring work queues are prioritised, accurate and compliant with Group policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, coach and develop a team of two analysts, allocating work and monitoring performance.
- Review output for accuracy, completeness and adherence to quality standards.
- Act as first escalation point for complex cases and queries.
- Execute CDD and KYC processes for new client onboarding, periodic reviews and trigger events.
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders and the Client Excellence Team to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement.
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) across three Americas offices.
Required profile
- Proven experience in client operations, due diligence or KYC within a financial services environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
