Client Service Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Client Service Executive who is passionate about creativity and advertising. You will manage a portfolio of clients, act as the main point of contact, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality campaigns that meet their strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with assigned clients through calls, emails, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Take briefs, organise status meetings, and produce detailed contact reports.
• Understand each client’s brand, marketing strategy, and budget to provide tailored recommendations.
• Brief the Creative Director and collaborate on strategic development and brainstorming sessions.
• Coordinate campaign implementation with the Creative, Media, and Production teams.
• Propose appropriate media plans and follow up on media approvals.
• Plan photo shoots, organise PR events, and liaise with external suppliers, including negotiation of quotes.
• Identify new business opportunities and prospect new accounts.

• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
