Communication and Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Communication and Marketing Executive to join our independent strategic and communications agency in Floreal. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of client brands, guiding them from brief through to the delivery of integrated advertising and communication campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, advising on branding, advertising and communication projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, responding promptly to enquiries and providing regular project updates.
• Lead client meetings, capture briefs, prepare reports and translate requirements into clear briefs for creative, media and production teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to communication strategy development.
• Coordinate campaign execution from briefing through production, approval and implementation, including media planning and photo‑shoot organisation.
• Organise PR events, liaise with external suppliers and negotiate quotations, often outside normal office hours.
• Identify prospective clients and new business opportunities to support agency growth.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, communication, advertising, brand management or agency client servicing.
• Good understanding of branding, creative campaign development, production processes and media planning.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple clients, projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, commercially aware and comfortable coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
• Previous experience in a creative or advertising agency is an advantage.
