Communication Lead

About the role

The Communication Lead will coordinate brand communications, public relations, content creation and corporate events for a luxury hospitality group operating across the Indian Ocean. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure consistent messaging and effective media outreach while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the communication plan, manage media campaigns and monitor budgets.
• Coordinate PR activities with agencies, draft press releases, organise media visits and track coverage.
• Maintain brand consistency across brochures, newsletters, presentations, photo and video assets.
• Support internal communications and produce corporate event materials.
• Research market trends, competitor actions and provide insights to improve communication strategies.

Required profile

• Proactive, organised and autonomous with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong analytical mindset to anticipate needs, evaluate campaign performance and make recommendations.
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting internal and external materials.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with media, partners and stakeholders.
