Community & Digital Content Coordinator

About the role

The Community & Digital Content Coordinator will strengthen Quality Beverages’ digital presence, engage consumers, and deliver impactful online experiences for the company’s leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and digital content aligned with brand strategies.
• Coordinate community management and content moderation through external agencies.
• Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Collaborate with digital agencies, creators and influencers to produce effective campaigns.
• Create and adapt visual, video and rich‑media assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics and social media analytics, providing insights.
• Plan, execute and track email marketing initiatives.
• Support SEO and keyword optimisation to improve organic visibility.
• Stay updated on digital trends and emerging platforms.

Required profile

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation.
• Creative, consumer‑focused with strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working with multiple agencies and stakeholders.
